Privacy notice
This notice covers the process-map session booking and delivery process. Victor Lipov, reachable at victor@victorlipov.com, is the controller for this processing.
What is used and why
When you book, Cal.com collects the required contact details, selected time, and workflow context needed to arrange and deliver the session. Cal Video provides the meeting details. This information is used to prepare the session, deliver the process map and starting brief, and communicate about that work. The basis is the steps needed to enter into and perform the requested service.
Stripe processes payment information for the booking. The connected Google Calendar is used for appointment entries, and an email provider is used for related delivery messages. These providers process information needed for their part of the service under their own published terms and safeguards.
How long information is kept
Booking context and the process map and starting brief are removed 90 days after session completion, unless ongoing agreed work or necessary dispute handling requires retention. Financial records may need to be retained for a statutory period. That period is handled separately from the session material.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of the personal information held for this service. Email victor@victorlipov.com; requests receive a response within one month. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Sessions are not automatically recorded. No automated AI note-taking is used for the session.
Website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics on the homepage or session page, PostHog EU Cloud receives page visits and selected interactions: viewing the offer, exploring sample files, clicking a booking button, or clicking an email link. Events include the page version, campaign labels, device/browser information and a random session identifier. The integration does not send form contents, email addresses or full URL query strings. Session replay is disabled.
Your choice is saved in this browser. Analytics identifiers and campaign labels use session storage. You can withdraw your choice using Analytics choices in the footer of the homepage or session page. Declining leaves the site and booking links fully usable. Browser privacy signals are respected. Analytics may therefore omit visits, and a booking-link click does not establish a completed booking or payment.
Payment and booking information stays with the existing booking providers; this website integration does not follow your activity inside Cal.com. See PostHog privacy information.
Provider information
Cal.com’s current privacy policy states that Cal.com processes personal data in the United States and describes transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy mechanism where applicable. Those are Cal.com’s policy statements and do not confirm account-specific terms.
